What does it cost?
Individual agency recommendations
We will provide individual agency recommendations free of charge to you. That’s because we recover our costs from the agencies we represent (see “transparency”). Our terms of business are the same with every single agency, so our recommendation will be objectively based.
More detailed analysis
We will provide a comprehensive overview of the agency scene in any given country, with a profile of alternative agencies; arrange “chemistry meetings” and advice on briefing and contracting the agencies, for a fixed fee of €7,500, plus a success fee of a further €7,500 if you contract one of the agencies we introduce. This service may be preferred if you are looking for a strategic lead agency or an agency in a critically important country.
Management and co-ordination
Where your need is for multiple agencies in different countries, you can also commission us to provide ongoing management and co-ordination, ensuring consistent briefing, quality control and co-ordinated evaluation of the agencies’ performance and ROI. For this, we will provide the services of an experienced International Account Director, and charge as a percentage of his or her FTE (full time equivalent) cost, on a pre-quoted fee basis.
