George is a proven and trusted M&A adviser in the communications industry across Asia and Australia, with more than 15 years of experience acting for mid-market creative and technology agencies looking to maximise shareholder value. His team has a combined track record of closing over 100 transactions, and he maintains close relationships with leading lawyers, accountants, valuers and other professionals across the region.
Prior to founding Yefira Group, George served as a Director at PwC, Associate Director at Macquarie Capital (US) Inc., and Senior Director Asia at ICON Capital. He served on the Brand Communications Committee of the Singapore Institute of Directors from 2017 to 2019.
