As Associate Director at thenetworkone, Alfie plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and supporting its global community of independent agencies. He manages member relations, facilitates referrals, and leads community initiatives to foster collaboration among agency leaders worldwide.

Alfie has driven key projects like the Indie Forum in Cannes and the Indie Awards, along with events, newsletters, IT initiatives, and digital content. His background includes agency and in-house roles, with expertise in website design, lead generation, social media, and international communications — honed further at the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Outside work, Alfie is passionate about music and travel. He founded a successful electronic music brand in London, organising events for up to 1,000 attendees, and aims to launch his own agency focused on music and festivals.
